The Grooming Process - From booking to collection

At Sniff & Co, we make it easy to get your dog groomed, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for both you and your furry friend. Here's what you can expect:

1. Booking your appointment: You can book your dog's grooming appointment through our website, on Facebook via message or over the phone, whichever is most convenient for you. To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a £30 deposit within 48 hours of booking.

2. Confirmation & new customer form: If you're a new customer, you'll receive a new customer form via email so we can get to know your pup and make sure we're meeting their needs. Once completed, you will receive a request for a £30 deposit to secure your appointment. Once your deposit is received, we'll send you a booking confirmation.

3. Appointment day: On the day of your dog's appointment, simply bring your dog to the salon and let us know any specific grooming preferences or style you would like and we will do our best to cater to your preference, according to your dog's coat condition and temperament. You're then free to relax at home, run errands or grab a coffee while we work our magic!

4. The grooming process: While your dog is with us, our team takes care of every detail to make your dog look and feel fantastic. This includes:

• Bath with double shampoo and conditioning to cleanse and refresh their coat and keep it soft and manageable.
• Drying using a blast-dry technique to thoroughly dry their coat.
• Our expert groomers then cut, trim and shape your dog's coat to perfection.
• We'll carefully trim their nails for added comfort and health.
• Finally we add the finishing touches with a spritz of one of our gorgeous perfumes and a trendy bow.

5. Collection and payment: Once your dog is ready, we'll send you a text letting you know. You can return to collect your freshly groomed pup and complete the final payment for the appointment.
